Pain Physician:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fellowship trained pain physician. Interventional pain management services with a wide variety of patients; entails both medication management and interventional procedures.
Requirements: Must be willing to travel to multiple locations and be willing to devote significant energy to developing strong relationships with our referring providers.

Licensed Social Worker/Counselor:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: An approach to pain management that considers the whole patient. Ability to work collaboratively with the patient and medical providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan
Requirements: Licensed to practice in WA State Master in social work required.

Billing/Coding/Compliance Manager:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and experience in working with an Electronic Health Record System to encompass all aspects of HIM Coding workflows
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal and customer service skills
- Skill in developing procedures and processes to improve coding operations and workflow
- Ability to read; analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to prepare detailed status reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work with concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions and apply mathematical operations to solve or analyze job-related situations
- Ability to identify positive or negative variances from expected revenue outcomes
- Ability to define problems; collect and collate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must have knowledge of basic medical terminology, working knowledge of CMS rules and regulations regarding coding, billing, and reimbursement required.
- Must possess excellent knowledge of insurances: PPO, EPO, HMO, Indemnity, and Worker's Compensation
- The ability to effectively manage coding and insurance reimbursement processes is required
Requirements:
- Licensing by the American Academy of Professional Coders or American Health Information Management Association is required (RHIA / RHIT / CCS-P / CPC are required)
- Five (5) years of related HIM Coding Management experience,
- A Bachelor's degree required. Must have at least three years of billing and coding experience.
- Auditing experience a MUST
Compensation competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Location: Everett 4 days, one day Edmonds
- Previous experience in one or more of the described disciplines; clerical, receptionist, filing.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain records accurately.
- Ability to multi-task and handle change.
- Critical eye for detail and accuracy and high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- High School Diploma Required and minimum two years administrative support in a professional office environment required.
Location: Emonds three days, one day Renton, one day Bellevue (may be required to occasionally assist in another clinic as needed.
